General summary

Administers, designs, programs, tests, and maintains enterprise customer relationship management application software and supporting technologies to meet the needs of the University and user groups.

Major duties

  • Configures, programs, implements and maintains enterprise customer relationship management application, supporting technologies, and solutions in line with University requirements and industry best-practices, including standard and custom object models, lightning pages and apps, service cloud, experience cloud, marketing cloud, bots, student success hub and other modules.
  • Manage development operations and lifecycles to ensure reliable feature transition from development, testing, and production instances.
  • Manages information, data and user security based on university policy, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborates with end-users, department managers, governance groups and technical support staff to analyze business processes and technical architectures to develop implementation plans and solutions.
  • Programs data integrations between enterprise resource planning, academic, identity management, and other information systems to support critical University academic, business, security and legal functions.

Required education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required experience

  • Three years' relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise information systems administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining system and user documentation.
  • Project planning experience.

Physical requirements

Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.

Working conditions

Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
