General summary

Maintains customer relationship management system and resources for the department. Provides technical support and training, end-user communication, and business analysis.

Major duties

  • Collaborates with clients to explore new features while maintaining and enhancing existing features and functions. Investigates, evaluates, and implements ways to optimize end-user experiences.
  • Maintains user profiles, permissions, and third-party applications. Develops and maintains system reports and dashboards.
  • Develops, maintains, and delivers training for end-users and power-users of the system. Completes continuous evaluation based on support contact challenges.
  • Provides project leadership for development, implementation, and management of features in the customer relationship management system.
  • Serves as a technical resource to end-users.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.

Required education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.

Required experience

  • Two years' relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with student information and customer relationship management systems.
  • Training experience.
  • Customer service experience.

Physical requirements

Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.

Working conditions

Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
