General summary

Oversees the development and implementation of the Next Level Leaders executive development program.

Major duties

  • Identifies strategies that ensure the financial sustainability of Next Level Leadership.
  • Defines curriculum topics and session structures.
  • Recruits executive cohort members.
  • Identifies effective marketing materials.
  • Identifies venue locations and negotiates pricing.
  • Coordinates the external evaluation of the program’s effectiveness.
  • Forms partnerships with potential external collaborators.
  • Hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises student employees.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.

Required education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.

Required experience

  • Three years' relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills.
  • Project planning or project management experience.
  • Experience managing contractors or vendors.

Physical requirements

Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.

Working conditions

Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
