General summary
Provides integrative outpatient psychotherapy as part of a behavioral health team, delivering compassionate, high quality care to a diverse client population. Treats a wide range of mental health concerns while working under the guidance of experienced clinicians and adhering to evidence informed practices. Demonstrates commitment to professional growth, clinical excellence, and ethical service delivery.
Major duties
- Provides comprehensive, evidence informed psychotherapy in individual, group, and family settings to address a wide range of mental health needs, from high acuity concerns to general life transitions and wellness.
- Utilizes and promotes innovative, evidence informed therapeutic approaches to support effective, high quality clinical care.

- Assesses and treats substance use disorders within a holistic mental health framework.
- Conducts thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care across the department.
Minimum qualifications

Required education
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Some relevant experience.
Required other
- Familiarity treating both general mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
