Staff Compensation System: Market Calibration, 2022-23

Western Michigan University launched a new, market-based staff compensation system on July 1, 2015. Upon launch of the new compensation system, WMU decided upon and communicated a three- to five-year time frame for conducting a market updates to the system.

Human Resources, in collaboration with Aon, our consulting partner for the staff compensation project, will lead a market calibration project in 2022-23, which is year four in the cycle.

Project report meetings - Tuesday, May 16

PROJECT LAUNCH
