Behind the W employee workshops

Become a WMU Brand Ambassador by taking part in a three-part series of employee workshops created to strengthen the University’s internal brand. These workshops will provide employees with the knowledge and tools they need to communicate effectively for and about WMU. Behind the W is open to all faculty and staff members and recognized by WMU Human Resources as a professional development opportunity.

Who are we?

WMU Brand Book

A brand is much more than a logo, product, name or tagline. It describes an organization. The WMU brand conveys experiences—what it means to be a Bronco. It is how WMU is described by current and prospective students and their families, alumni and donors, faculty and staff members, and the extended community.

Formal headshots

Need your photo taken? Sessions for formal headshots usually occur the week before the WMU Board of Trustees meeting and are announced through the WMU Today emails, sent to all faculty and staff. Other sessions may be scheduled through the Office of Marketing and Strategic Communications.
