Important Dates

The WMU Summer Music Camp takes place in July. Important dates leading up to camp are listed below.

• March 21 — Deadline to submit a completed application, scholarship essay, recorded audition (optional), and deposit (see Apply Page for details). Extended to May 1. Apply now!
• April — Acceptance letters and scholarship offers will be mailed.
• May 1 — Deadline for late submissions.
• May — Applications will continue to be accepted if vacancies exist.
• May 30 — Detailed acceptance form will be emailed (on or around this target date). 
• June 20 — A second packet of details will be mailed (on or around this target date).
• July 5 — Deadline to pay balance of fees (see refund policy).
• July 5 — Alternates may be contacted to replace accepted students whose fees are not paid in full. 
• July 13–19 — WMU Summer Music Camp 2025!
