WMU Mobile Food Truck Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved mobile food truck vendor on Western Michigan University's campus. Please complete the following information to begin the process. Upon completing the form, the student center staff will review your application and contact you with further information. Once approved, a standard food truck agreement form between you and Western Michigan University will be required as well as appropriate insurance as outlined in the agreement.
