Gluten-free and Allergy Accommodations

 

The Student Center Dining, located on the third floor of the new student center, offers many customizable options from the venues for dine-in service. Guests with gluten/wheat allergies or sensitivities can find gluten-free alternatives within "hand picked" to supplement their options. "Hand picked" provides guests with a self-serve area for GF bread, GF buns, GF tortillas, GF waffle mix, GF noodles and GF sauce, in addition to dedicated equipment to heat these items and minimize the risk of cross-contact.
