The Game Room is a shared space and we want all to feel welcomed. The following guidelines are in place to protect our equipment and help ensure access to all who wish to play.

• Students must have a valid Bronco ID to use equipment. Bronco ID will be exchanged for use of any equipment (access to PCs, pool balls, table tennis paddles, foosballs, board games, etc.). The ID will be returned once the player has returned equipment in the condition it was checked out in. 
   
• Guests can play if they are accompanied the entire time by a student with a valid Bronco ID, who is the sponsoring student. Sponsoring students are responsible for the actions of their guests. 
   
• WMU faculty and staff are invited to enjoy the Game Room, however, if the staff member is playing a game and students are waiting, the staff person will be given five minutes notice to end the game. Staff may play for no charge.
   
• Please keep all food and drinks at appropriate tables for eating. If you want to have a drink, it must always stay away from equipment and off the gaming desk while playing.
   
• Gambling or betting on the games is strictly prohibited.
   
• Please be respectful of the Game Room space by cleaning up after yourself and not causing damage to equipment or facilities.
   
• Please do not sit, lean, or stand on billiards tables, table tennis top, or other equipment.
   
• During times of high demand, guests may be asked to end their session to allow for others to enjoy the facility. Time limits (when needed) are as follows:
  • Esports computers: 2 hours
  • Pool tables: 1 hour
  • Ping pong table: 1 hour
     
• Guests must abide by and listen to any direction given by Game Room staff.
