RSO Reservation Process

RSO Leaders: beginning Monday, March 11, you will be invited to begin making weekly meeting request in the Student Center. On Monday at 9am, a link below this message will go live which will allow you to log into Mazevo, the Student Center reservations system. Several important things to know:

1. Meeting rooms are free. As you add rooms to your request, it will show there is a charge for meeting rooms. If you hover over the room fee, you’ll see that RSO’s are discounted 100% for all rooms except Ballroom A/B.
2. We are accepting online requests for weekly/bi-weekly meetings. If you want to plan a one-time program, please e-mail Alex with requested date, time, expected attendance, and brief description of program. Ballroom A/B is not reservable online.
3. We will place your meeting in the best room available. Meetings may be up to 2 hours.
4. Go to our room diagram page for the various meeting room configuration and approximate sizes.
