LeadCorp Internship Available for Spring 2026

LeadCorp is WMU’s leadership internship for students who want to grow as leaders and actually lead.

We build leadership skills, then put them to work in real projects that matter. You will practice communication, ownership, teamwork, and decision-making in a way that feels authentic and empowering, not forced or performative.
We are recruiting new leaders the week of January 19 for a one-semester commitment, only one hour a week. If you are looking for a place to show up as yourself, get better, and make an impact, this is it. We promise that you will want to stay for the rest of your semesters.
