This year’s Admitted Student Events (ASEs) are getting a major update and we want your RSO to be part of it.

- Friday, January 23 – Honors Future Bronco Day
- Friday, February 13 – Future Bronco Day
- Friday, February 27 – Future Bronco Day
- Friday, March 20 – Future Bronco Day
- Friday, April 10 – Back-Up Day (if needed)
- Saturday, April 18 – Future Bronco Day

These events bring hundreds of future Broncos to campus, and our goal is to help them envision what campus life could look like—including the vibrant student org community they can join. This is your chance to promote your organization, highlight your impact, and begin building relationships with students before they even arrive in the fall.
Academic RSOs will continue to table with their respective colleges. This new opportunity is specifically for non-academic RSOs to reach incoming students in a more direct and engaging way through the SOC.
Incentives for RSOs Tabling in the SOC
To recognize your time and effort, we are offering a new incentive structure:
- $50 per event you attend (to be used within standard OSE spending guidelines).
- Entry into a $100 raffle for every ASE your group attends. More events = more chances to win.
- Limited to 20 RSOs per date. Spots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If interest exceeds capacity, we will maintain a waitlist.
New This Year: Student Ballots + Showcase Awards
To further engage admitted students and highlight your creativity, a new “Bronco Choice Ballot” will be introduced this year. As students walk through the RSO Showcase, they’ll vote on categories like:
- Best Table Display
- Most Welcoming RSO
- The Group I Can See Myself Joining
At the conclusion of all ASEs, RSOs with the most votes in each category will be awarded a themed prize and featured on OSE’s social media.
This is a high-energy, high-impact opportunity to introduce your organization to the next class of Broncos. Don’t miss the chance to be part of something new.
