RSO Registration Pause Dates For Spring 2026

RSO registration for the current cycle will close on February 1, 2026.

We will reopen registration for the 2026 to 2027 school year on March 1, 2026. This includes both new registrations and renewals.

We pause registration to create a clear delineation between academic years. This timing helps us keep records clean in ExperienceWMU, align training and compliance steps with the correct academic year, and support a consistent start of year experience for student organizations. 

What RSOs should do now:

1. Submit your registration or renewal before February 1, 2026. https://experiencewmu.wmich.edu/register
2. Confirm your organization roster and officer roles are up to date in ExperienceWMU.
3. EVERYONE MUST complete registration when the 2026/2027 cycle opens on March 1, 2026.
