Drop-off and Pick-up Agreement for Minor Students

WMU Summer Camp for Future Educator’s designated Kalamazoo campus drop-off and pick-up location for the week of July 9 through July 13 will be 1903 W. Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49008 – parking loop north of Sangren Hall.

Please indicate your drop-off and pickup arrangements below. Each student must have a drop-off/pick-up agreement on file with the WMU Summer Camp administrative staff. If your plans change during the week, please fill out and submit a new form or send an email directly to marianne.loso@wmich.edu.
