CAMPUS TOURS
We recognize that the campus visit experience can be an important part of the college search process for students (and families). At WMU, we are hosting small, in-person tours while also being conscious of safety measures and physical distancing for both our campus community and visitors. As such, our Admissions team is prepared to offer you both virtual and in-person options. Should you choose the in-person visit experience, you will receive a student-led, 60-minute walking tour on our amazing campus and learn about all the possibilities and opportunities awaiting you at WMU.
We’re excited to welcome you to Kalamazoo—in person—to introduce you to life as a Bronco. Campus visits are one of the best ways for you to view student life first-hand—see our favorite spaces like Sangren Plaza and Miller Fountain—in other words, begin to imagine what life will be like as a Bronco!
VIRTUAL EXPERIENCES: OFFICE OF ADMISSIONS
The Office of Admissions team hosts a number of virtual sessions each week, or you can choose from topics presented by academic colleges and campus partners. In order to provide the best audio and visual experience during our virtual experiences, please download the Zoom app to your desktop or mobile device prior to your scheduled session. Zoom is experiencing issues with their web browser functionality at this time.

Virtual Session: Academic Colleges
Experience a virtual information session with live Q&A with a representative from WMU's academic colleges. Learn more about how the college and its programs create an academic experience to prepare successful graduates. Admitted students, prospective students and families are encouraged to attend. If you have an academic area of interest, but you're not sure what academic college it falls within, view our major list. Please note that sessions and Q&A are tailored to prospective undergraduate students.
Virtual Session: Transfer Students
Transfer students are invited to join us for a virtual WMU information session with one of our transfer admissions counselors and a current student. Learn more about WMU, the admissions process, academics, and student life as a transfer student. Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3 p.m. ET.

Academic advising appointments
Academic advising is a critical step for transfer students. WMU advisors offer appointments and advising information via on-campus appointments, phone appointments and some walk-in time frames. Prospective students and admitted students are encouraged to arrange an appointment to plan their transfer path before applying or learn which classes to register for after the point of admission. Contact the advising office for your major.
