Join us to celebrate two pioneers for social justice on Oct. 22 at an 89th birthday party for WMU's pioneer, Dr. Lewis Walker and a special presentation by Genesis Be, a 23-year-old rapper/social activist/visual artist, whose collaborative efforts led to the removal of the Confederate symbol from the Mississippi state flag in 2021.
