Eighty percent of Americans will experience some form of lower back pain (LBP) at some point in their life! Muscle tension, standing or sitting for long periods of time, straining the neck forward, and long driving sessions are all sources of LBP. In this workshop, you will discover ways to fix your lower back pain by altering your form and incorporating certain exercises into your daily routine.
