Exercising for Mental Well-being

"Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy." Exercise isn't just good for losing weight. Research studies have shown that exercise may be just as powerful at boosting your mood as anti-depressants. Aerobic exercise releases powerful endorphins that may ease gloominess, reduce tension, and promote relaxation.
