Sit. Stand. Move. Challenge
Monday, March 18-Sunday, March 24
You may have heard the saying, “sitting is the new smoking.” The more you “sit,” the higher the risk of cardiovascular and muscular-skeletal problems.
Research shows we should sit for 20 minutes, stand for 8 minutes, and move for 2 minutes through out the day.
This eight day challenge will encourage and suggest different ways we can put movement back into our life through our daily activities.
Registration deadline
Friday, March 15
A tracking form will be emailed to you upon registration.
