Nominations Open for 2026-27 Academic Excellence Awards

Western Michigan University invites nominations for the 2026-27 Academic Excellence Awards, including the Distinguished Faculty Scholar Award (due February 2, 2026), and the Distinguished Service, Distinguished Teaching, and Emerging Scholar Awards (due April 1, 2026). These awards recognize exceptional faculty contributions in scholarship, teaching, service, and emerging research.

In addition, applications for the Visiting Scholars and Artist Program are now open, with an application deadline of April 1, 2026.
