Honors Future Bronco Day

The Honors Future Bronco Day on Friday, January 23, 2026 has been CANCELLED.

As we have continued to monitor Friday’s weather forecast, estimated temperatures are predicted to be extreme.  While we are truly excited to welcome future Broncos to campus, we must put guest safety and the well-being of our Bronco community at the forefront of our decisions. Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to cancel Friday’s Honors Future Bronco Day and Thursday evening’s student social.

We have several other Future Bronco Days dates for you to pick from.  While those dates won’t be focused on the Lee Honors College, honors faculty, staff, and students will be at each of the other Future Bronco Days events to share information about the honors experience and the advantages of our honors college.  This will include interactions with current honors students and staff, along with building tours.

Other Future Bronco Day event dates

Additional 2026 Future Bronco Day dates will be offered between February and mid-April, where select academic colleges will be featured each date. Please consider attending one of the other event dates, where you will still be able to tour the Lee Honors College Building and interact with current students and staff from the honors college.

  • Friday, Feb. 13
  • Friday, Feb. 27
  • Friday, March 20
  • Saturday, April 18

If none of the dates work for you, connect with us through a campus tour or virtual session. Sign up online today!

Please contact the Office of Admissions at (269) 387-2000 for more information about any of our events.

Confirm your admission before the event

Let us know that you plan to attend WMU by visiting the Gold Gateway to complete the Intent to Enroll form and submit your $100 Enrollment Deposit, or request a deposit waiver. This fee confirms your enrollment and is applied to your fall semester tuition. Visit our Enrollment Deposit instruction website for more information. The enrollment deposit, or an approved waiver, must be submitted prior to registering for orientation. Note that the enrollment deposit is automatically waived for Pell Grant-eligible students when you confirm your admission via the Intent to Enroll form in the Gold Gateway.

Next enrollment steps

Your next steps in the enrollment process include signing your intent to enroll form, submitting your admissions deposit, registering for new student orientation and on-campus housing, and submitting your FAFSA. If you have any questions about completing your next steps, please reach out to your Admissions Representative or the Office of Admissions at (269) 387-2000.
