Honors Future Bronco Day

Now that you're admitted, get ready for an amazing first year at Western with the Lee Honors College! Honors Future Bronco Day is Friday, January 23, 2026.

Congratulations on being admitted to Western Michigan University! Future Bronco Days are a great way for admitted students and their families to experience all that Western Michigan University has to offer. Join us for a day designed exclusively for you and your fellow incoming honors students. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about WMU and the benefits of joining the Lee Honors College, enjoy lunch and get to know campus. You can also get one-on-one help to guide you through the enrollment process, if you're ready to do so.

Ask lots of questions:

  • Speak with faculty, staff and students from your academic college.
  • Meet fellow honors students.
  • Check out student organizations.
  • Learn about student support services.

Take a look around:

  • See classrooms, labs and student-centered facilities.
  • Check out multiple residence hall styles.
  • Tour campus.
  • Enjoy free lunch at a WMU dining center that offers a variety of delicious options.
  • Attend sample honors classes.

Complete enrollment steps, if you're ready:

  • Pay enrollment deposit.
  • Sign your housing contract.
  • Register for New Student Orientation.
  • Meet one-on-one with Financial Aid.

Additional 2026 Future Bronco Day dates will be offered between February and mid-April, where select academic colleges will be featured each date.
