Financial aid checklist
This handy checklist can help you be sure your student has taken care of all the important steps in the WMU financial aid process.

Confirming admission
Your student can reserve their place at WMU by letting us know they plan to attend Western by completing the Intent to Enroll form and paying the $100 enrollment confirmation deposit (by May 1), or requesting a deposit waiver. This fee confirms your student's enrollment and is applied to their fall semester tuition. This step can be completed in their Gold Gateway account.
