Archiving employer contacts

If you are made aware that a contact at an organization is no longer with them or serves in a different role, send an email to support@handshake.com containing the contact's name, email address and employer. Let them know that you would like that contact to be archived. 

The Systems Team decided that it is best to archive employer contacts rather than deleting them. The reason we want to archive rather than delete is because we want to maintain the record of that contact's activity in Handshake, which could include jobs they were linked to or fairs they registered for.
