ASC/DSS Peer Mentor Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Peer Mentor program through Disability Services for Students and ASC. Please fill out this form completely, we will use this information in selecting your mentor and to better accommodate your needs. Students will be paired with a junior, senior, or graduate student that have a disability and have been successful academically at WMU.  

*Please note that there is a $1,000 service charge to work with the DSS/ASC Peer Mentor Program. Scholarships from the Office of Disability Services for Students are available based on need.
