OECD Going Digital Toolkit - Data Kitchen
Data Kitchen
Overview
The OECD Going Digital Toolkit provides tools, data, and insights for people to assess how digital transformation impacts countries. Digital transformation refers to the integration of digital technologies into all areas of society, fundamentally changing how services, businesses, and governments operate. The toolkit examines how well technology is being incorporated into everyday life, from e-government and online education to equipping people with the skills and tools needed for jobs and innovation.
The Going Digital Integrated Policy Framework focuses on seven areas: infrastructure, technology use, innovation, quality jobs, social inclusion, trust, and open markets. The toolkit helps explore challenges like the digital divide and data security while highlighting opportunities such as economic growth, better education, and innovation. This helps users understand where countries stand in their digital transformation and how they can improve.
