Next Steps

  • Continued work with the Space Advisory Committee task forces.
  • Planning work for current projects. Current projects supporting the Master Plan framework include:
    • New Valley Residence Hall - Construction continues through Summer 2026.
    • Pedestrian Green Space - Currently in design, with construction planned for Summer 2025. The project includes the closure of W. Michigan Ave. for pedestrians, a new entry gateway and removal of some parking lots.
    • Traffic Study - Evaluating intersections to improve pedestrian and vehicular movement.
