This new COVID-19 case dataset for the United States at the county and state levels is provided by Social Explorer and is included in our WMU library subscription. There is a limit of 3 simultaneous users, so remember to sign out once finished. There are two ways to get into this database. The first one is through WMU Libraries Databases and is the recommended route. The second one is to create an account with Social Explorer using your WMU email address. Once you reach the website, click Explore Maps, then click Explore the United States, and finally click Change Data to select 2020. The COVID-19 case data is available in an interactive map view.
