Health care benefits

Tax-deferred savings plans
You are eligible to contribute via payroll deduction to the tax-deferred savings plan administered by TIAA, however, the University does not contribute to a retirement account. There are two steps to setting up your account: going online at TIAA to choose investments and designate beneficiaries, plus submitting the Salary Reduction Agreement to Human Resources if you choose to contribute.
