WMU’s Office of Marketing and Strategic Communication, in partnership with the Collegiate Licensing Company and IMG’s fashion events division, is once again offering a unique educational opportunity for one student to attend New York Fashion Week (NYFW) this February.
This program will give two selected students a behind-the-scenes experience in the fashion industry, including:
- access to select runway shows
- panel discussions
- networking with industry leaders
- the chance to shadow professionals from retail and collegiate licensees
This competition is designed for students interested in pursuing careers in the fashion industry, offering them the opportunity to learn about the business of fashion while gaining professional and personal development. One of the two student spots is guaranteed to be awarded to an active MODA member. All travel, hotel accommodations and tickets will be covered by the Office of Marketing and Strategic Communication.
