If you are an experienced mechanical engineer with a B.S. from an accredited institution seeking higher levels of responsibility and a desire to advance your knowledge in this rapidly expanding field, then an M.S.E. in mechanical engineering from WMU may be right for you. You can also choose from a thesis or non-thesis option, allowing you to customize your learning to meet your goals.
- Thesis option: A minimum of 30 semester hours of credit; a minimum of six hours must be mathematics oriented; Satisfactory completion of six (6) hours in ME 7000 - Master’s Thesis.
- Non-thesis option: A minimum of 36 semester hours of credit; a minimum of six hours must be mathematics oriented; Up to six credit hours in ME 6970 - Problems in Mechanical Engineering.
