My internship showed me how to arrange my knowledge from courses into an action plan. Very practical! What advice do you have for students looking for their career after college? I applied for every job, even jobs I felt were not right for me. My impressions were very wrong. Getting Underway and Unlocking Aviation Opportunity with Zach Orfin
College of Aviation
Read what Orfin has to say: "My goals after graduation are rather grand, but I would have it no other way. I plan to get a job at one of the two spaceports under construction in Michigan. If that doesn't work, there are other spaceports around the country. My absolute dream job would be to work management or operations at a spaceport within the next 20 to 30 years, either on a space station or a planet."

To successfully do this, it is expected of me to be tracking market conditions, monitoring competitive trends, and working closely with managers and teammates to ensure we are taking the right path. If you had a campus job or internship, how did they impact your career development? Prior to graduation, I had multiple jobs on campus and internships. The ones that best prepared me for my career development was my sales internship at Rove pest control and Perrigo, a self-care company out of Allegan, MI.
