  • Teaching certificate and any endorsements
  • Three to five references (email addresses only)
  • Letter of interest - summarize teaching philosophy, professional experiences, and your professional goals in a double spaced written statement of1,000-1,500 words. Please mention that you agree to the tentative schedule of classes posted on page one

How to apply

  • Students should apply individually online for the MA in Literacy Studies
  • Students pay regular tuition at time of registration and receive scholarship reimbursements upon successful completion of each course
  • Scholarship reimbursements are calculated at approximately $600 per 3 credit course 
  • Students should apply for additional funding from districts and also from sources provided in this flier
  • When applying online – please indicate in your letter of interest that you are applying for the scholarship cohort
