The Office of Faculty Development invites full-time board-appointed faculty and administrative or professional staff to apply for the Academic Leadership Academy. With a revamped curriculum, participants will gain skills in leading groups, understanding the cultural context of higher education, and tackling leadership challenges in academics, research, and social justice.

The year-long program includes five sessions, held Mondays from noon to 3 p.m., with lunch provided. Completion qualifies you for a $300 stipend.
