Global Engagement Program Accepting Sign-Ups -- Students Can Earn Scholarship Money

Please encourage incoming students to sign up for Year 1 of the WMU Global Engagement Program: Global Learning for All. Year 1 is now fee-free and gives students the opportunity to earn scholarship money. Successful completion of program's GIST 2000 Global Classroom course in the fall and the program's GIST 3100 Virtual Study Abroad course in the spring will earn students a $500 study-abroad scholarship. The program is ideal for incoming freshman, but can accommodate students of all class standing. The deadline for students to sign-up is Sunday, Sept. 5 at 11:59 p.m.
