Required Documents

For applicants renewing passports with a DS-82: the Haenicke Institute for Global Education can provide photo service but cannot assume mailing obligations.
Passport Fees
There are two fees required to process each application that must be paid by personal check or money order:
- Passport book application fee: $130 for adults (16 years of age and over); payable to the U.S. Department of State.* Fees for other passport types will vary.
- Passport execution fee: $35; payable to WMU.
Optional fee: Expedited processing service (5 to 7 weeks) is $60; payable to the U.S. Department of State.
*Application fee based on standard processing time of 8 to 11 weeks.

Passport Photos
The Haenicke Institute for Global Education offers passport photos for $10 that must be paid by personal check, money order, or credit/debit card.
All photos must conform to the photo requirements outlined by the U.S. Department of State.
