Facilities Management customer service survey—Let your voice be heard!

- The condition of campus facilities.
- Your overall satisfaction with our services.
- The efficiency of our work order process.
- Your input on our Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) project process.
Your feedback is essential in helping us better understand your needs and improve our performance.
The survey is being conducted by Gordian, a trusted third-party partner, who is a leader in providing facility and construction insights. While responses are anonymous, we ask that you identify your primary role when interacting with Facilities Management to help guide targeted improvements. You may also choose to provide your name and email at the end of the survey.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will remain open through October 14, 2025.
