Summer nutrition series
In the world of nutrition, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet. There are many ways that individuals can attain and maintain good health through proper nutrition. However, knowing which diets are scientifically sound is another matter. This workshop, presented by a registered dietitian Gretchen Kauth, will address important factors to consider when choosing an eating plan and will compare and contrast some of the more popular diets that are trending today. The virtual session is at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 23.
