OUTSpoken (Registered Student Organization)
If you would like to find a support network, build friendships, a safe space to be yourself, and make a difference within the lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgender community, OUTspoken is looking for you! All students are encouraged to participate!
OUTspoken is a registered student organization (RSO) at WMU for LGBTQ+ students and community members as well as other interested persons. We promote a relaxed, inclusive, and safe space for all participants. Our goals include:
- Support
- Education
- Advocacy
- Empowerment within LGBTQ+ issues
This group will be networked into resources for support at WMU, the Kalamazoo community, and beyond. By participating in OUTspoken, you will have a chance to socialize with peers and build connections within the group to have throughout your college experience.
