Joining the Professional Support Staff Organization at Western Michigan University is a great way for eligible employees to get involved, network with colleagues and have a voice on campus. We are known campus-wide for hosting our Spring Luncheon, our annual kettle corn fundraiser, advocating for hourly, non-bargaining staff, professional development opportunities, and more.

Upcoming Social Events
PSSO will be hosting our annual Luncheon on Friday, May 14, 2026 at Heritage Hall. This year's theme is "80s Party". Save the date and keep an eye out of RSVP information coming soon!
PSSO is collaborating with PSAW to host occasional social events. These events are open to all and attendees are encouraged to bring family and friends.
Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are always needed and welcomed. We are currently looking for members interested in:
- Board nominations committee
- Website committee
- Day trips
- Membership committee
- Executive board positions
- Lunch and learns
- And much more.
