Early Credit
Earning college credit before enrolling as a college freshman is a great way for students to get an early start on their college education. WMU offers many opportunities for students to earn college credits before becoming a Bronco.
Advanced placement and international baccalaureate credit
For Advanced Placement credit consideration, send official exam scores to the WMU Admissions Office using our code, 1902.
For International Baccalaureate credit consideration, send an official IB transcript to the WMU Admissions Office.
High school dual enrollment
WMU will grant credit for transferable college courses taken during high school, even if a course was also counted for high school credit. Students should request an official transcript to be sent to WMU Admissions from the college where the credits were earned.
