Bio:

Dr. He’s research focuses on watershed hydrology, nonpoint source pollution modeling, and water resource management. In recent years, he has been defining and promoting the framework of watershed science to address the current global water crisis and achieve the UN SDGs. He has published over 130 journal articles in leading national and international journals and authored/co-authored 11 books.
