WMUx Summer Series
Synchronous Online – Developed with Faculty, Staff, and Instructor Interests in Mind
Working in academia during a pandemic has been a challenging experience. Learning new teaching modalities, trying to conduct research when libraries and in-person site visits are difficult to access, or striving to provide support to the university community—it takes its toll.
This summer, you are invited to join us for a series of personal development opportunities that can enhance your own work or can be used in the coming year with students or colleagues.
The WMUx Instructional Development and Support group (OFD, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology Center) has created an online Summer Series that will be held from May through August. We're offering short enrichment sessions on everything from using card decks in the classroom to creating infographics and video content to practicing inclusive teaching.
The registration period is now open. Spaces are limited, so sign up early. Sessions are open for registration until they are filled, so if your schedule frees up later in the summer, be sure to check back later to see if any spaces remain.
