Incoming First Year Students

PSST Mentors make WMU with their hands.

High school students who are accepted to Western Michigan University will receive an automatic invitation to join the Lee Honors College if they meet one of the following criteria:

  • 3.60 GPA and 26 ACT/ 1230 SAT
  • 3.80 GPA and 25 ACT/ 1200 SAT
  • 4.00 GPA and 24 ACT/1160 SAT

Students who do not meet the automatic invitation criteria may apply for admission to the college by completing an application.
