Major: Elementary Education
Minor: Human Development
Year: Fourth
Hometown: Shelby Township, MI
Hi Friends! My name is Connor, and I’ve had the pleasure of working as a student receptionist at the Lee Honors College since my sophomore year. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me hanging out with friends, shopping, grabbing Starbucks, volunteering for a local cancer foundation in my hometown, or heading up north. I also serve as a Community Assistant with Housing and Residence Life, supporting the Health Professionals and Business Communities. The LHC has been such a helpful part of my college experience, it’s introduced me to so many amazing people who have become my friends and given me the chance to take fun and engaging classes. My favorite so far has been a personal branding course, where we explored how we present and represent ourselves. I hope LHC is just as fun and rewarding for you as it has been for me. If you see me in the office, stop by and say hello!

Hi, my name is Flor! It means flower in Spanish. I have been around the LHC since last fall. I enjoy playing tennis, volleyball, and reading books during my free time. Besides that, I LOVE traveling! Seeing the world and learning about new cultures is one my favorite things to do. I got to study abroad in Spain this past summer for two months, and it was the best experience ever! Hi everyone! I'm super excited to start my first year at Western and can't wait to see what's in store for me. Even though I haven't been here long, so many new opportunities have already come my way! I plan on using WMU's programs to help me reach my goals of becoming an airline pilot. I'm also looking forward to getting involved in clubs like Women in Aviation, and I'm currently a new member of Greek life! When I'm not in school, I enjoy working out, watching a good show, or hanging out with friends and family.
