Greg Gerfen

Greg Gerfen joined Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business in 2016 as an instructor in the Department of Marketing.

Gerfen joined WMU following a 33 year career in advertising in account management. He began his career at BBDO in Minneapolis, and worked at Noble and Associates and Tracey Locke. He most recently spent 26 years at Doner Partners earning the title of Executive Vice President, Brand Leader. 

He has worked on advertising and communications campaigns for world-class brands such as The UPS Store, Hormel, Tyson, Merck, Pennzoil, BFGoodrich Tires, Iams Pet Foods, National Car Rental, Campbell Soup Company, Red Roof Inns and Comerica Bank, among others.  He has expertise across all media types including traditional TV, radio, print, and digital, search, social, collateral and point-of-sales.
