Mario Matasovic says sports brought him from Croatia to WMU

Western Michigan University freshman Mario Matasovic made his first visit to the United States as a member of the Croatian National Team participating in the Adidas Nations Global Experience in Los Angeles in 2011, which was a great honor considering he started playing the game just two years earlier.

Helen J. Healy, associate professor emerita of University Libraries, died July 26 at age 76. Healy retired from University Libraries in 2000 after 36 years of service.

Construction fencing prompts temporary change in bus stops

Installation of a new iconic feature has required construction fencing to be installed inside the turnaround on the West Campus. The Bernhard Center bus stops will remain in their new locations until the fencing is removed.
