The University offers 102 nationally and internationally recognized graduate programs in a wide range of disciplines, including 71 master’s programs, one specialist program, 30 doctoral programs, and 10 graduate certificates.
U.S. News & World Report (2026) ranks WMU’s graduate programs among the top 200 in the nation. Numerous other programs are highly ranked by various professional organizations and societies.
