Assessment Highlights from WMU

In the spring of 2024, we sat down with several of our WMU community members to find out how they embark in the process of outcomes assessment, and in particular what they do to foster continuous improvement efforts in each of their respective colleges and programs.

We're pleased to share with you these brief interviews that help to highlight some of the varied and excellent ways that they are utilizing to encourage this process. You will hear their unique perspectives, ideas and tactics for assuring that their students, whether it's in an environment inside or outside of the classroom, are learning, thriving and on their way to becoming successful graduates.

It is our hope that through sharing these interviews, it will provide you with fresh examples, spark new ideas, and possibly stoke collaborative efforts within our community, as we all strive for continuous improvement of the programs and services we offer at WMU.
