Student Course Ratings Schedule

Student Course Ratings instrument become available to students at midnight on the first day of the evaluation period, and close at 11:59 p.m. on the last day, according to the following:

• Regular 15‐week courses during fall and spring semesters: the last full two weeks and final exam week (total of 19 days).
• Fall and spring semester courses ending prior to exam week: student course ratings begin on the official course ending date and continue for an additional nine days (total of 10 days).
• Summer sessions: Student ratings of summer session courses shall open 10 days before the session ends, and close on the final day of the session.
• Faculty have until 11:59 p.m. on the day prior to the evaluation period to make changes to course ratings form(s).
