Student Course Ratings Schedule

Student Course Ratings become available to students at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the evaluation period and close at 11:59 p.m. on the final day, following these timelines:

• Regular 15-week courses (Fall & Spring semesters): Open during the last two full weeks of classes and continue through final exam week (a total of 19 days).
• Courses ending prior to final exam week (Fall & Spring semesters): Evaluations open on the official course end date and remain open for an additional 9 days (a total of 10 days).
• Summer session courses: Evaluations open 10 days before the session ends and close on the session's final day.

Faculty may make changes to course evaluation forms until 11:59 p.m. the day before the evaluation period begins.
